Scope of Services. Through this Site, Michael J Reid LLC markets and arranges Bathroom Tile Installation, Shower Tile Installation, Kitchen Tile Installation, Ceramic Tile Installation, Porcelain Tile Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Michael J Reid LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Michael J Reid LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Michael J Reid LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Michael J Reid LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MD for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
